probably no problem whatsoever- the magnum primers are just a little hotter than standard primers, but where they show off is large charges of powder with heavy bullets- the higher end 44 mags, 45 colts, and 454 casulls- where you NEED a hotter flame to make the charge burn properly- the reason i say probably is that i haven't tried it, as these are somewhat more expensive than standard- about 3 bucks /box of 1k- and winchester lists their primer as a standard /magnum- suitable for BOTH applications
your 45 acp is a LOW PRESSURE round- about 19-21 kfps so you can't get into magnum territory anyway, even if you wanted to
