Just received once fired 45 acp brass and noticed that have some brass with small pistol primer pocket, know that 45 GAP uses small pistol primer , but what are the advantages or disadvantages of using small pistol primer in 45 acp ???

The small primer cases are the "non-toxic" or "low toxic" rounds recently introduced.
The reason could be many things, but probably its just to differentiate the cases. And maybe the primers are less expensive if you're making or buying bajillions of them. I'd be suspicious of any claims of them being "better".
