45 acp favorite plated/jacketed?

I'm wondering what projectile people like to reload for target shooting. 200gr? 230? RN, FP? HP? Brand?

Is there really any difference in accuracy at 20m or less? I'm not worried about speed or power factor.


Although an internet search shows that many people like 200gr semi wadcutters, cast lead is out as I'm looking for a load for indoor shooting games and jacketed/plated is required.

(On a side note, how much difference in accuracy will seating depth make if at all)

if plated or jacketed then 230gr ball is my go to, but i only bring that out for guest shooters. i only change powder charges for finding a load that works in a specific gun, i have never tried changing the OAL with a good load.

campro 200 [or sim ] shape only matters in feeding , with 3.5/4.5 of BE , or equive 231 , titegroup . seating depth means very little in pistol accuracy & probably nothing @ 20m or less .
play with the powder & charge to find the best load .
