If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend the TK customs. They are .40 thick and properly heat treated. They will not bend while practicing even with full dummy loads dropping on a hard floor.
All the other cheap ones I have tried ended up being garbage after 1-2 drops on the floor. These TK's have taken hundreds and hundreds of drops including directly onto concrete.
No problems and have proven to be well worth the money.

I have the thin cheap ones. when they bend a bit they cause the cylinder to bind and gun won't shoot double action.

No problem. If you're going to get some, save some money and get the regular (non Miculek shiny)
I have both and they are the same quality.
Save yourself some money with the regular ones. You WILL need some sort of tool to get them in and out, not possible to do by hand. FYI
