.45 Auto Headstamp ID?

While going through a batch of range pick up .45 Auto I found one piece with the headstamp "WCC 92". Looks like it had a crimped primer and the crimp was removed with a chamfering tool.

Can anyone enlighten me as to the provenance of this piece?

Thanks for the quick response. Is this commercial or military ammo? I ask because I have never seen commercial ammo put a date on the headstamp.

If it was crimped, probably military. Since the crimp was removed it was probably a reload.

Yep, definitely US military. I was shooting some WCC 55 today, myself.
