Hodgdon has load data for H110, lil'gun and 4227 and 325 grain bullets.
I load 315 grain cast bullets (Ranch Dog's 310 grain 45-70 bullet re-sized) for my ranch hand using H110 and Hodgdon's Ruger/TC/Freedom arms data, they fly out the muzzle at 1,500 fps. They'll definitely get your attention. I use Hodgdon's load data for 325 grain bullets. Watch the OAL if you use this data as it's for long nose bullets. My loads are 1.65" long.
I've tried a few loads with Lil'gun and get just a bit more velocity with less powder. I've also used IMR 4227 albeit only in .44 mag, velocities at maximum loads are lower than with the other 2 and recoil seems similar. I usually use 4227 with the starting load, still lots of oomph but a bit less punishing to shoot.
