45 Colt reload help?

I am wondering if someone in the Edmonton area with 45 colt dies and a press would be willing to reload some 45 colt ammo for me, if I supplied primers, brass, powder and bullets. If so, what would you charge?
Please let me know if there is some unwritten rule about not having other people reload for you.

You cannot have someone (individual) reload for you. It is a written rule. However, if you are there with them in the room, then they are just assisting/teaching you.
