Having a hard time finding info on this. I now know I can't fire acp in a glock 37 gap. So now I'm buying the proper dies. Looks like bullet diameter is 451. Can't find info on molds for these. Do the 452 lee mold bullets work in a gap?

I do not load for hand gun cartridges, so might be different? I have cast for a number of sizes of rifle bullets, but never for a handgun - so again, maybe a difference? I was under the impression that finished bullet size was a function of the sizing step - but that sometimes people will not bother to size cast bullets and simply load them as they come out of the die - after lubing or powder coating, I guess? Just wondering how this is done?

The 45 GAP is designed to use the same bullets as a 45 ACP, but fired out of a shorter case to fit the small frame Glocks. From what I understand cast bullets are not generally recommended in the polygonal rifling of a Glock. Also most loading manuals suggest that bullets lighter than 230 gr are generally better in the GAP.
