Depends what make and model your gun is and what kinda of dovetail you have on the front and what cut (ie. Bomar, Novak) you have for the rear.

Does brownells ship to canada?

You'll need a sight set. Front and rear. Any place that deals with pistols should have or be able to get whatever you want. Installing said sights is best left to somebody who knows how.
Few .45's have a dovetailed front sight. Most are staked in place. Rear sights are dovetailed. Still matters what make you have though.
