Is your rifle chambered for the .450 Nitro Express 3 1/4"? If so - Cartridges of the World says 71 grs of 3031 with a 500 gr bullet , MV = 21250 fps. Or 35 grs 4198 with a 485 gr bullet for 1450 fps.

According to Ross Seyfried the cordite can be substituted with Re15 by multiplying the original charge of cordite by 1.19
eg: 70x1.19=83.3gr of reloader 15
