4500 psi Ninja Nitro fill eastern ontario (Kingston)

what king of regulator are you using.

I have a ninja 4500psi paintball tank, but at first I didn't know the regulator was set @ 700psi. so I bought a 3000 psi output one, this is the pressure I can fill my Airforce Condor. now I was wondering if they will agree to fill it at the paintball shop . the regulator is gold instead of black and you can read "not for paintball"

thanks

I was awesome with the periodic table but that was 25 years ago. Lol. Still, I'm pretty sure nitrogen is not an "inert" gas. I can't argue with moisture/cleanliness of air cause I don't know the answer. My scuba shop has a brand new 75k compressor with air dryers and filters etc. I think scuba air is pretty clean. Far better than we would get out of a shoebox compressor or other home modles. I say if nitrogen is easy for you to get at a reasonable price than go for it but I wouldn't jump thru hoops to get it.

Inert, doesn't expand or contract much with temp changes - extremely consistent, no "air" contaminants like moisture etc... so it runs cleaner. Is it needed? No, but I like it!

Just want to clear a couple misconceptions.

"air" is 80% nitrogen.

High pressure, breathing quality air is extremely dry and the standards for amount of moisture is about the same as industrial grade nitrogen. Purity is also similar or better.

The "doesn't expand much with temp changes" is not true at all. Nitrogen and air when in gaseous state both follow ###-Lussac's Law (Charles's Law and Boyle's Law). Pressure varies proportionately with temperature (temp in °K). Also, see above that air is 80% nitrogen.
