As it stands his post makes no sense at all.
That might be it... unless there is an !SO 9000 specification for this stuff.
Since the OP hasn't replied, I'm guessing it isn't too urgent, but FWIW Peter at Rusty Wood Trading here in Mission has Starline 454 Casull brass in stock ($$/50, $60/100). Can't help on the 300 gr XTP though.
Peter has Bullet Barn 300 gr. RNFP hard lead.
