454 Casull ....Whos got them ?

looking for a 454 casull revolver. Preferably long barreled Ruger. Whos bringing them in ? The hunter version with vented rib and scope is so NICE !!

I don't think they make a "hunter version"

Much more versatile and never stuck for ammo. YMMV

Got one, good choice. I found my Raging Bull much nicer to shoot than the S&W in 454

I went with a V460 myself. Haven't shot any 454 yet. Those 460 Magnums are a handful though! 45LC feels like 38 Spl in a L frame Smith.

S&W 460's have Muzzle breaks to reduce felt recoil, but cost you your man card

I too have the 460v with the 5" barrel. It's a great range toy and fun to introduce beginners to bigger calbres. Start them with 45lc feels like a 9mm, then a 454 which has a good snap then wake everyone at the range up with a 460.

I also use it for anti-flinch training. If I can keep my eyes open with a 460 round I can shoot the rest of the day better with my 9mm's

Had and sold a pre-safety Rossi 92 carbine in 454 Casull.
I paid less than $300 for the gun and got $800 for it3 years later.
An offer I couldn't turn down as I didn't use it much.

I have the same one and it's awesome. Hunter version with 10.5" barrel, brake and sling studs. Topped off with a Burris FF3
Very accurate revolver. Has a pretty good bark and reaches out as well.

Nice... I like the shorter barrel look. Did you get it modified for 45 ACP?
