I'm looking for a few boxes of Fiocchi .455 Webley ammo, trouble is none of my usual sources are willing to bring it in for me, because it's 'so rare' in 12 years he's never heard of it  I messaged CanadaAmmo.com they haven't returned my email, is there any source where I can get it at all in Canada?

Doug rayner from rayner shine gun works carries it and hornady ammo to for the 455.1-306-689-2654

IMHO you will like you webley alot more if you don't shoot fiochhi. You can set up for reloading for the cost of two boxes.

Fat Tony, a friend of mine used to load 455 Webley for his father in law and he used a Lee mould designed for the Ruger Old Army revolver, it casts a .456 dia bullet and he used to load them as cast. The bullet is a bit lighter at 220 grains, the original was 265 grains. Just coat them with the Lee liquid Alox lube and they would be good to load. I think that Lee also makes the cheapest dies for the 455 as well, check with Higginson Powder for them. Other than that it seems that Epps usually has a selection of hard to find ammo.

Here is some loads for the 220 grain bullet: http://www.handloads.org/loaddata/d...&Weight=All&type=Handgun&Order=Powder&Source=

That's the exact mold I use Silverback, and Hornady Mk. II brass. It's fairly accurate as well. The bullet was designed for black powder, but it works well enough, I believe I run them through a .454" sizing die.

let me guess the molds are from nei

No why? Even if they were what is more expensive a custom made mold or 100 rounds for 150 bucks?
You can buy buckets of .454 diamter cast bullets for the price of borsch almost anywhere and cases are easy and cheap to buy.
