455 Scout

If only we could have sound suppressors, seems like a lot of manufacturers are adding the threaded barrel. My 452 Scout is a great gun! That front sight hood looks rather larger though..
 
The new Scout looks interesting. The 455 sights will be a definite upgrade. Hopefully it will be as accurate as the 452 version.
 
Our market will get the CZ Camp Rifle, from what I have been told. Adjustable stock, and better sights, but with no threads. I have one on order.
 
16" is the only barrel length I've seen quoted for the Camp Rifle.
A Google search brings up one of the sponsor dealers though I don't know if there's a link on their own site as there are none in stock yet.

Ronnie you are correct. The Camp Rifle seems to be the same size and weight as 455 Lux. I too imagined it would have a shorter barrel like the Scout but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Hi Kody: Ya that is a bit of a disappointment as the 16" barrels do shoot well.I stumbled onto that typo some time ago and it seems some suppliers just didn't catch that.But you can buy a 16" threaded 455 barrel.someone should talk to wolverine and get them to stock it.A 455 in a evolution stock with a 16" barrel would be a good shooter.Would also be something your son could handle.Have you seen that Wolverine is beginning to stock some small 455 parts now as well check it out. A Mr fly trigger as well guess how i know "LOL" :) The trigger works out to be about the same as the US price with exchange.
