These are for the 1 1/2" flare gun not the revolver.

Actually, I have photographs of these stocks attached to the Mk VI revolvers for air to air use by the Royal Flying Corps. I believe that the grips of the MK VI and one or two of their flare guns were interchangeable. I have also seen photo's of these revolvers with the stock and a bayonet mount to take the No I MK III bayonet for trench use. It would appear that sometimes there are no absolutes in war time eh?
