.458 SOCOM magazine availability

Has anyone seen a place with .458 socom stantag magazines in stock? Only place I've seen them is on ####### and there is no way im buying a +100$ magazine from a scalper.

Has anyone tried the single stack 450 bushmaster mags with 458?

My 30 ar feeds from 450 mags rather than the proprietary mag the r15 uses.

That's because nobody imports 5r 458 mags anymore, same with 50Beowolf, they fit in standard 5.56 magazines and the RCMP decided that since they hold ~14 rounds of 5.56 they can't be imported anymore, the ones already in the country are fine but no new ones from my understanding, 50 beowolf can only have 2 in a mag now same with 458, unless you buy one already in the country.

Too bad the RCMP doesn't make laws they just enforce them.

I’ve seen them at stores several times in the last 6 months. The Shooting Edge had 160 a couple months ago.

Not true, the 458 mags were in stock earlier this year at several dealers. Sold out fast, wouldn’t be surprised if another shipment is coming.
