Hey guys;
so im pretty new to reloading and i need some advice, i did some research on campros website for reloading .45acp and bought some blue dot powder, but i did something stupid, when i got home from wholesale sports in regina (40mins away) i noticed he gave me all magnum pistol primers, so here is my current handload for .45acp and i would really really appreciate any and all imput, im just unsure about this being safe or not, ill list campros load data, then my own
campro 230 gr round nose fcp
bluedot 7.5 min 8.5 max large pistol primer
c.o.l - 1.250 inch
crimp - .464
Mine
blue dot
7.4 - 7.5
small magnum primer cci
1.260 C.O.L
same crimp .465 - .468
is this a safe load to shoot, or should i just bite the bullet, pull them apart. discharge the cases ive primed, and try again ? these rounds are gunna be used for out door plinking.
