I was wondering if you guys might share a good place to get some brass/bullets for the 460 and 500 s & w ,and or at least a decent source for cartridges

I would love to own one of these handguns but 3 bucks a pull is a bit rich.

If you complain about the cost per round, how did u ever afford the firearm?

Well at $3 a shot 500 rounds will cost more than the gun itself. Reloading you can do it for about $1 or less if you cast(about $0.60).

I agree cast is the way to go in 500 S&W...the 460 might have more issues with cast bullets due to higher velocities. Loading heavy bullets in the 460 or shooting regular(or really hot..just watch for blown primers) 45 colt loads out of it would be the way to go and if you want full house 460 loads use jacketed bullets. I've found factory bullets to be a bit of a ##### to find personally but then again I didn't look terribly hard either. Brass is easy enough to get if you're patient. I got in a lifetime supply of 45 colt and 454 casull brass from Doubletap sports...just took 6-7 months or so. :p
