Did you or do you clean the decapping pin on the die? I usually do that with compressed air, q-tip and cleaning solution.
Make sure the tip isn't sharp and puncturing the spent primer too.
 
I use to have the same problem on my 650 with 9mm and called Dillon tech support who told me it was the anvil on the CCI primers gripping the decap pin that caused this. He told me switching to winchester primers would solve this but since I had a few thousand CCI primers I lightly ground down the diameter of my decap pin with a dremel and have not had the problem since.
