Just tbought I'd share some testing I did with my brno zh305 as there is little reloading info out there. The baarel is marked 5.6x52r and 22 savage h.p.
I resized 25-35 brass but found with my 22 h.p. rcbs dies, the neck/shoulder junction was too long. I ended up grinding down my shell holder about .005" on a sharpening stone to get a crush fit.
Extraction on unfired shells are still a little sticky, but I like the tight fit. The hottest loads here were not much harder to extract. Primers began to flatten slightly on the hottest loads. Varget seemed like the lowest pressure if you consider primers a good indicator
Of course, I assume no liability on these loads and consider the brno zh action to be strong for a break open. Others may not be as strong of a lock.

Bullet: 55 grain buffalo arms (.228)
Primer: cci 200
Case: reformed hornady 25-35
COAL: 2.565" (Please establish your own!)

25 grain varget 2730 fps
27grain varget 2951 fps
28grain varget 3022 fps
29grain varget 3162 fps

26grain imr4320 2735 fps
27grain imr4320 2835 fps
28grain imr4320 2970 fps
28.5grain imr4320 3088 fps

25.5 grain imr4064 2717fps

I may try benchmark, ar comp and ramshot tac if I dont get a good accuracy load out of these

Where did you source the bullets?
I am playing with a Savage 99. Necked down some new Hornady 25-35 brass with a homemade neck sizer, seating with a 22/250 die. So far I'm using .228 70gr Speer bullets I found. 3031 powder
I've read about paper patching .224 bullets, may try that.

The bullets are from tradex and intersurplus.
Yes, I was trying to make do with powders I had on hand but have now found some 3031 Im going to try.
Umfortunately I havent made it to the range yet to test accuracy

I just acquired a 99 in 22hp. Will be following this thread, please post any suppliers of components or ammo that become known.
Thanks!
