5.7x28 - PC on once fired brass

Hi all. Thanks in advance for the help.

What's the going rate for once fired 5.7x28 ? no one seems to have any so it's hard to guess. Anything to pay particular attention to when

inspecting for defects ? They're tiny so it makes them difficult to deal with right off the bat, but has anyone noted specific areas that are

prone to taking abuse more than others ?

Suspect you'll have a time finding any once fired. Considering the rarity of loaded ammo. Only loaded by FNH too.
Even a net search turns up nothing but U.S. sites. No ammo or brass from there, of course.
5.7 x 28mm P-90 cartridges are mentioned by name in Former Prohibited Weapons Order, No. 10 too. Believe that's just factory SS198LF though.

American Eagle(Federal) made loaded ammo too, a 40gr FMJ.

You could ask one of the importers to bring some in for you, I'm sure.

I should perhaps rephrase. I've got a batch, still not sure how much yet, and I'm trying to guess what a fair price is. It's stupidly rare, but it seems a bit obscene to be

asking as much as 338 Lapua or 50 BMG ( funny like hell to think about it, but probably not realistic ).


Headstamp is brutally difficult to read but might say FNB 02.

I'd say or buy/sell 'em at, 20 to 30 cents per round.

I would say .20-.30 would be a fair price as well but I would not personally pay more the .10 each.
Me personally anything over .10 I would just buy new ammo and make my own once fired.

Thanks everyone. I'm guessing $100/k is fair. FN makes nice stuff and when supply does catch up it's run in the 45 Auto - 357 range.
