Starting to get excited, flying out to our moose camp on Saturday. Does anyone have any reports on water conditions east of Lake Winnipeg? Last year water levels were really low and I've heard a rumour that the water is way down again this year. Makes for a tough hunt when you can't get around.

No idea down there but up north water levels are down alot. It was a very dry hot summer. Forecast here is a little too warm this weekend, but we will see. Hopefully I will be letting you all know about the sweet bull down. Time will tell...

one more sleep am totally packed and have the quad loaded. One day of work then I am out. Forecast sounds like the weather will be way too hot - but I recall a good old sayign - a bad day afield...5 O'clock and I'm outta here. Drive up to my buddy's place in Wanipegow, have a few cold beverages and then flyout at 8 a.m. Supposed to start cooling down on Monday and we've got a full moon this weekend. Hope the bulls are moving!
