.50 BMG Action plans

I once saw a set of plans for a machinst to build a simple single shot action that would take the .50 BMG round.
Anyone esle seen these or know where we might find them?

Hello, homegunsmith.com under their current projects, or is it the hall of freedom section has a thread about a guy making the .50 caliber "artillery block" .50 cal rifle. Check it out, I understand they have an extensive library of firearms plans if you are a subscriber.

Quick question - got the files on my comp, got winrar, won't read them because they're broken up into multiple files, any suggestions?

Specifically talkin about those 1911 files

Also - the mihd.com files are linking strait to their home page - anyone else finding this?

You'll have to extract them. Winrar will recombine them if you have all the necessary files.

Downloaded all of them, winrar won't touch them. Says there is an "unexpected break" which I assume to be the break made by win rar to load them onto the host site. Win rar won't recombine or extract them, which leaves me somewhat at a loss. I've got all four too, as before it was simply saying I didn't have them all.

I had a similar problem ,it said something was missing or corrupted so I deleted and started over, it was a little frustrating because the stuff I was after had 8 or 10 downloads. What seemed to be happening is the download would work okay until about 60% then click to finish, so I sat and watched the downloads and when one did that I deleted it and started that one again. But I got them on a second try. Don't give up there is some good stuff there.
