50 BMG Bolt Gun<<<

Maynard's right, no need for a monster caliber for only 600 yds, .308 would work quite well and depending on what type of matches your talking about they probably won't allow anything with a muzzle brake i.e. .338's or 50's.
50's are also cost prohibitive when it comes to shooting alot, due to the cost of the ammo/parts and the guns them selves. Also can be a challenge to get the supplies for.

/QUOTE]

50s ARE spendy and not everyones cup of tea. They may not be the most practical rifle in many cases, HOWEVER when it comes to sure balls to the wall fun, there isn't much that can rival the blast 1 can have with a 50.
I don't seem to have any problem feeding my 50s for some reason:eek:

50s are like supercars, for most guys a Kia or a chevy is all they really want or need, but then there are some of us who prefer something more Ferrari-ish.
Not necessarily a daily driver, but you get the drift:D

Guys please move this to the right forum...

That is a precision rifle not a black rifle...

One of our customers sent us this picture of the results of his load developement on one of our 50BMG rifles he took delivery of.
This is a 4shot group using 750gr A-Max bullets at 1000yds. Center to center, this group measures 2"s.
If you've got a 308 or 223 or any other gun for that matter that will do this, bring it on.
The quality and sub half minute or better garantee of our 50BMG rifles using quality ammo is right in your budget.

To OP: Do some reading up on the 50's and the cost to operate. Sounds like all you wanna do is reach out and touch some paper at great distances, this can be accomplished without jumping into the 50 category, like others have mentioned .223 or .308 or perhaps 300 win. OR if i misunderstood and you really wanna go that route your not guna find any decent 50 rifles less then 5K, thats the mark... Plus, Plus, Plus... Before you know it you'll have 10K invested... any questions jus PM me...
