I have found the IVI brass to have crimped primers, so a military primer crimp remover is a must (I have the RCBS one and it works great), then uniform the primer pockets carefully. My loads also tend to show pressure signs in IVI brass earlier up the powder charge curve than do my loads in Hornady brass, so start low and work up slowly.
As this brass was likely fired in a machine gun previously with a big sloppy chamber, fairly aggressive full length resizing and careful length checking and trimming after first resizing is a must!
