Yeah, I call BS on that response as well.....
I could throw the whole rifle down range and get better groupings using it as a javelin.

I just shot Ball M-33 ot of mine for site in, than shot some hand loads with IVI brass and well I was very suprized in the accuracy It shot MOA to 300 and shot Minute of Big rock out past 1.5 kms... I even tried a M-17 at 300 and was shocked it was in teh 3moa range.

These big beasts shoot well.
