How are you seating your primers, I was reading with the CCI #35 primers, some have used the flat primer seater, they say they do a pre-crush with CCI to arm them. Anybody doing the or are you just using the cupped primer seater. They say if you don't do a pre crush you can get a lot of miss fires with the CCI primers

I use the curved primer seater with the RCBS Ram priming system on the Ammomaster.
I must confess that I still wince a bit when I prime the big .50

A year or so back I inquired about this with CCI. For the current (white box) primers, they recommend a flat primer seater but advised that the cupped ones will work as well. I always use the flat one. I prime with a Dillon Primer Seating Die.
