50 BMG Tracer ID

I picked up a bunch of pulled 50 projectiles the other day, and in the mix i noticed the tracer rounds had either a copper, black or red cap on their base. Most of the nose paint was missing from all. The copper and red came in at 636.4 gr and the black slightly lighter at 627 gr. Anyone have any info on these? The only ones I have bumped into before have been the red capped ones.

I have a red and metal base one sectioned here.

Figured black was like red but I can section one of those also.
