.50 Metal Beowulf mags

I know they were a big thing back before the OIC. They were popular with the 3-gun crowd for a while. I do know that there were some issues with the plastic ones, and you aren’t even allowed to mention them on the forum.

As long as I’ve been around I SHOULD know the answer to this…but apparently I don’t. Are the metal mags stamped with a maple leaf and “.50 Beowulf” still legal to buy/sell/own?

My non lawyer opinion is that the RCMP don't make the law even though sometimes they mistakenly believe they do.

They are neither legal or illegal.
But police can charge you with anything at any time.

If you end up in court; You will need to successfully argue that they are indeed only a five round capacity magazine.

Do you believe that you can pull that off?
(That's really the only question you need to ask.)

They worked great in a Black Creek Labs Bison, but then got the BCL 20 round magazines and sold the BWolfs
