I have called Wild West Guns for what seems like years now about this rifle in a 454 Casull and now 460S&W and the answer is always the same.
No it is not available yet and we cannot predict a date of availability.
Sorry but if you mean the place in west edmonton mall what the hell do you contact them for? The words "complete ripoff" come to mind. Oh and some advice to the asian ladybehind the counter who spent her time talking foreigner on the phone, if you have a price tag with a low price TAKE IT OFF before you put a shocking price tag on there. By far the lamest store I have EVER been to.
or the gun shop in Fort St John, BC
As that is supposed to be their Canadian distributor/outlet but I've tried that contact a couple of times a while ago, without much success. Oh well, one of these days........ Thought it would be a good companion gun for my S&W 500.Here is the link to Wild West guns in Alaska...
tp://www.wildwestguns.com/index.html add a ht to the start of the link.
Totally different place...
If you want to buy any of thier products they will not sell direct to a Canadian you will have to go thru Brownells or the gun shop in Fort St John, BC can't remember the name right now.
Wild West Guns is a manufacturer in Alaska, you are talking about Wild West Shooting Centre, two totally different businesses.

Has anyone ever seen a lever action in 500S&W?
Conversion or factory?
Seems like a good round for the Marlin 94, if it isn't too long...would fit the 336 action....
We'll have to talk loads one day.I have tried e-mailing the Canadian distributer as well with the same results, I figured since I already cast for and reload 500 S&W I might as well have a lever gun too.
We'll have to talk loads one day.![]()
I'll make up a list of what I'm using with cast & jacketed and send you a PM. I also have a couple of articles with load data from the American Handgunner by John Taffin which has been handy.Sounds good though I am a bit new to this caliber, been casting and shooting 400 and 500 grain gas checked mainly and have a new 440 grain mould to try yet.![]()
