99% sure these are just painted ball ammo as I got them at a gun show today but I have no idea what the black ring blue tip is.

Well kinda of knew all that but I was in a great mood so I just wasted 50 buying them still have no idea what he was copying with the Blu and black know the others "are" AP API AT I and T.

Blue over black is Incendiary Armor piercing. Whats the head stamp on it ?

L,C,53 is on the "AP" IVI,95 on the "tracer".
