.50 CALIBER SHOOT will be held saturday JUNE 30th 07 at the Genesee range, and is open to CHAS members and guests. THe event includes .22 calibre fun shoot. Contact Ben Klick at klickb@shaw.ca

Can anyone bring a quad out Friday or early Sat morning- the road to the targets is crappy this year, even a jeep couldn't get out to the targets yesterday.

My spotter talked me back into going, I will be there. Looking forward to it. I have not shot the 50cal since hunting season last year so you guys should have an easy time kicking my but.

Im off so will be heading for Edmonton on Friday and hit the shoot for Saturday Morning. Hope to see ya all there. Im hoping for some sighters also, havent had mine out since Summerland shoot.
Roger that LRC. I got LOTS of practice last weekend at a shoot you would have creamed yourself over. Next year buddy. For anyone that's looking into the Leupold 10-40 spotting scope with the TMR ret. I got to use one at the sniper match and it's worth the money. It's clear on 40x and the you can use it for ranging in all the powers.

Me, My wife and my Ugly rifle have returned to the great white north. Had a very good time and it was a fun shoot even though I couldnt do my part with my rifle during the competition, must have been the pressure of the wife watching. Had a great time with fellow shooters and the new shooters pulling the .50 trigger for the first time. I think Dmay had some previouse experiance on the Genosee range....he had her dialed in pretty well even with an Armalite. Danger Deb say's she's going to show us all how to shoot next year maybe!!
I gotta say It was great to meet you all and do some shooting. I will post some pics after I get unpacked.
A big thanks to Ben Klick for organizing a shoot that was well worth the trip
. I will be digging into my pic's from the past to see if I can track pics down of our silly bugger in the bush day's from a previous life. Great to see ya again Ben.
