50cal !! How much to shoot? and reload for?

Hi just wondering roughly how much it would cost to shoot? And how easy to get reload stuff, brass,trimers,bullets,dies
etc.. Any help would be helpful! Cheers

Bout 50bucjs for 20 projectiles (hornady) call it roughly 5bucjs every time u pull the trigger when reloading

Now that I have a quantity of brass I can load 650gr. Ball for about $2.50 per rnd. Not too bad at all!
Just found 10rnd boxes of PMC factory loads for $50. All in all not too bad for .50 BMG!

Can someone please confirm or deny the ability to buy HP 50 bmg rounds ? I sold my 50 because to my knowlege you could only get FMJ. If this is false i need to go buy another 50.

a good friend buys bulk at 5$ per pull, not really worth reloading at that price, until your can roll your own for 2.50 to 3.00 a piece with the accumulation of brass

You can buy HP 50 rounds. I see them every now and then. You can make your own as well. You can buy soft point led tipped, Amax, solid machined and all ranging from 600grains to 1200grains. Surplus are by far the easiest to find (even the naughty ones) where ball rounds are cheap and naughty ones are at a higher cost. The only way to save on cost is to buy bulk or shop around for deals. I'm reloading between $2 and $3 and have been getting on average 14+ reloads per brass case of the cheap stuff and near 20 of the IVI and Israeli brass.
