510 Wells mag follower

I am building a .510 Wells on a P14 Action and need to find a new magazine follower. Where can I get one and how do I know which one to get? Is it just a matter of finding one for a .460 WBY as that is the parent case? Smokey

Talk to Bevan King. He does alot of Enfields in big bores.

Mine was done on a BRNO .375, ...worked with no alteration, and from looking at it, if .460 feeds, so will .510. Drop me a note if you want the info on loads from Fred Wells. ~Arctic~

The geometry of a mag box and follower are critical to the proper functioning of any rifle, even more so with a big bore. I suggest you talk to someone who FULLY UNDERSTANDS what is required for your project, my recommendation is to ask the person who is building your 510 Wells if he doesn't know then change gunsmiths! I am building a 500 Jeffries on a P14 Enfield and it has been a real eye opener.
