55 browning dbl.auto (twelevette)

Um...

They shoot two shots.

One Internet source says:

67,000 Twelvette Double Auto's were made sometime between 1952-71. Value at 98% is $700 (in the u.S.) for the vent rib model.

I'd love to have one for skeet.

I have a couple. Good little guns, but no real value unless they are "coloured" the green and blue i believe are the rarest. Should be worth between 200-500 for good condition shooters. I shot my best skeet with one the day I got it. What else do you want to know. They were designed by Val Browning not John.... Not a great seller, but a must have for someone that is a browning fan.

Unless your schooled in the DA guns it is better left alone. Just pull the wood and soak it in solvents, rinse and repeat. Blow it out with compressed air and lightly lube with gun oil.
