55gr plus 1:7 twist...... what performance?

Out of a 14.5" barrel, what kind of accuracy should be expected, say out to 200m max? Any operation issues/ eject/ extract etc?

I use this combo all the time...no issues whatsoever, accuracy depends on specific ammo used...from a bench most types have easily been put into a 2" bull with optics and a good trigger(stock triggers and red dots not so much)...Bulls to 300m prone on Fig 11 and 12 targets, gets tricky at 500m with 55grain but I did break 500 with it once. Lots of variables but this is a very workable combo to 200m for most of us civvy types.

55gr FMJ usually works better than an SS109 at short distances. Accurate SS109 is a rare bird, Canadian ammo is probably the best in this area (although the German MEN isn't bad) but you can't buy it.
