I am looking for some info on the 58, 858, and the 58L. Factual information if it is available.
1- When these three guns are converted to semi-auto, my understanding is that it was/is done differently. What exactly is the difference in the SEMI conversions.
(I remember that the first 58s that showed had an epoxy in the trigger area, do the 58Ls also have the epoxy? I have an 858 and there is no epoxy on/in it that I can find. The conversion to SEMI looks really clean - I have no idea what was ground off or welded into it.)
2- Anyone have a few different ones and are you willing to take pics of the differences between the 58, 858 and 58L SEMI conversions.
I am not asking about the finish, origine of the parts, barrel length, or if there is chrome in the barrel.
FYI - IF YOU ARE ADDING PICS... THERE IS NOTHING MORE ANOYING THAN BLURRY PICTURES THAT IN THE END DONT REALLY SHOW ANYTHING. There is a Macro option for close in on most cameras....
