590 and the love

I just bought a Mossberg 590. Wow its one of the most beautiful shotguns I've ever fired, I got the pistol grip ala cruiser styles and I love it! anyone else own one of these wonderful shotguns? I also read that its a milspec shotgun in service with the U.S. army?

AFAIK the 590A1 is the "milspec" version.

Steel trigger group and tang safety is the main difference I think.

Don't own one, but I've handled one and they are pretty sweet.

I have loved the 590's I have handled.
IMHO Mossberg still lives up top its old slogan from the 40's..."more gun for the money".

I run mt Wingmaster 870 for years in combat style shotgun and purchased a 590 and almost shoot it exclusively now.
