I've used the SBI adapter plenty of times on one of the Pro Mag 30rd drums, but not with the 22 rd. Always been curious, but reason I'm chiming in is that the fit of the drum mag is snug in the SBI adapter we've used, so we just left the adapter on the mag and used the rife's regular mag release. The empty 30 + the weight of the adapter=gravity-assisted ejection. lol

If anyone gets a mag/adapter linked above, would you mind confirming if the mag/adapter fit is snug? I actually like the arrangement, sort of hoping the answer is yes.

That would get pretty expensive. Needing an adapter for every magazine.
