597 ammo choice?

Tried the Win t22 today and was shooting about 1 inch at 50 yards. That's the best I've been able to get it to do thus far.

Federal bulks don't work in my rifle at all. Constant feed problems.

Try this: Take your action apart completely if you have not done so already. The slide rails that the breach block slides on get filthed up and most people think you can't disassembly the "plastic box" you can and it's easy. scrub the inside and give it a bit of break free "light" and then you'll have a much better time. I shoot the mini-mags aswell as I find they are hot enought to punch the block all the way back to eject+feed properly... everytime.
