597 mags

Just picked up a slightly used (and well priced) 597vtr. Havent had it out to the range as of yet but deffinitly looking forward to doing so. It came with a 30 round mag. Right now I am looking for a couple spares. The 30 rounds are available everywhere in both black and clear. But I would really like a couple 10 rounders as well and haven't been able to find any instock anywhere. Any help would be great. Would even consider buying used ones if anyone is willing to give them up for sale. Thanks.

Bought a couple in a Sail 2 years ago, might be worth it to drop by local stores. You could always place a backorder at Cabela's.

Any Remington Dealer should be able to get some for you. I even ordered and received some magazines for a Remington 581 rifle a while ago, and those rifles were discontinued in the late 1980s. The latest Generation III magazines are of metal, not plastic as when the rifle first came out.

Saw some at my local Canadian tire the other day. Have 3 already so I walked on by. Couldn't tell you how much they were looking to get for them though.

I am in London Ontairo, and the cabelas website says the 10 rounds are out of stock on the website. Any chance some one would pick a couple 10 rounders and mail them to me?
