Well almost that is.
There was a run of it down South America way about 10 yrs ago, never heard if any made it this far North.
You may find some collectible ammo at gun shows....
Then again post a wtb in the EE section and you may find a winner.

This is available in the US but I don't know if there are any Canadian importers. It's new production.

I'm looking forward to shooting the 5mm again, but at the price per round, it won't be like shooting it in the early 80's.

Someone out there was offering a kit to reload 22 rimfire.

Guys used to market a centerfire conversion for this; depending on who you bought from the brass was either lathe turned or reformed 22 Hornet. Google it.
Anyway, I have a new, unused set of RCBS dies and the rare, unique shellholder for sale if anyone wants them. Not cheap, though.

Sharp shooter llc I believe. Was also told they will make a custom mold for any rimfire if you send in unshot brass.
