Hey guys, as the title says, anyone have any load data for the 142 grain accubond long range in 6.5x55 using Norma MRP powder or reloader 22 as they're very similar? I'm thinking of going in 0.5 grain increments from 45.5 grains up to 48 using Norma MRP with a coal of 3.170" in a T3 lite with cci 200 primers.

Thanks in advance.

Eta- rayner shine gun works in Saskatchewan has the 6.5 142 grain long range accubond in stock if anyone is looking. 3 box max per person.

I stopped doing test loads in .5gr increments. for me 1gr will get me close enough to find accuracy nodes. FS

Heresy!

All I can say is that I stopped going up in 0.1 gr increments, and now do 0.5 gr. With so many variables, especially the shooter, as well as margins of error, I found that I couldn't distinguish differences between 0.1 gr increments.

1.0 gr might be next and certainly should be for many shooters.

R-22 has been my go to powder for the 6.6x55 when using bullets from 129gr to 142gr. I use 48gr as a max for the 142s, and 50gr for the 129s. I use only Lapua bras and Federal 210 primers.

Thanks guys, stubble jumper what rifle are you using? I also loaded up some 129 ablr with reloader 17, I'll see how that goes.
