6.5-284 hunting loads, and bullets

I am looking for help with a hunting load. I am wanting to use barnes 120gr ttsx's. This cartridge is new to me and I did a search. I see a bunch of target loads using heavier bullets for paper punching. I plan on using this for hunting.

You could either buy a new Nosler Reloading book or use 260 Remington numbers and work up. There looks to be 4 or 5 grains there right across the board that you can play with. Why are you concerned about using target loads with hunting bullets?

H-4350 or H-4831. If your rifle will not shoot well with these 2 powders it is a pos.

Simply google that caliber lots of info for that caliber. I would use the 140gr nosler part, great for deer or larger (moose).
