it says under .275-calibure but nothing more then 400 foot pounds during deer moose elk and black bear...

Firearms
If you are hunting small game in an area where there is an
open season for deer, moose, elk, or black bear, you may
not possess or use a rifle of greater muzzle energy than 400
foot-pounds or shells loaded with ball or with shot larger than
No. 2 shot (non-toxic equivalents include steel shot larger
than triple BBB, or bismuth larger than double BB), unless
you possess a valid licence to hunt deer, moose, elk or black
bear as the case may be. This restriction does not apply south
of the French and Mattawa Rivers during an open season for
deer that is restricted to the use of bows.
A person hunting small game may not carry or use a rifle
of greater calibre than a .275-calibre rifle, except a muzzleloading gun, in the geographic areas of Brant, Chatham-Kent,
Durham, Elgin, Essex, Haldimand, Halton, Hamilton, Huron,
Lambton, Middlesex, Niagara, Norfolk, Northumberland,
Oxford, Peel, Perth, Toronto, Waterloo, Wellington or York.

Im in those 3 bolded....

Where is the measurement of .275 ? I think 6.5 creedmoor is .295?

Are oranges required for small game with firearms in this area ? It seems to say only during gun season for deer/moose/elk

Hunter Orange is only required during an open gun season (rifle or shotgun) for big game (Deer, Moose, Bear, Elk) and if bear hunting from a stand/blind you can remove the orange once you get to your stand and are no longer moving around.

But if you are in an area frequented by small game hunters who might be trigger happy it sure wouldn't hurt to at least wear some orange - a hat might literally save your head, but it's not required under the regs.

What I thought, thanks. All are private farms with no other hunters then myself. Should be ok... Should... lol

Bullet diameter is .264
270 is .277
"a rifle of greater calibre than a .275-calibre rifle"

The bullet diameter is not relevant. The regulations refer to a 'rifle of greater caliber'... the caliber of the .270W IS .270 when the bore is measured 'land to land' (to be sure...it is a little larger if measured groove to groove BUT measuring land to land is perfectly acceptable when determining caliber)..thus a rifle marked .270W is not of a 'caliber' greater than .275

7x57 is not legal however if the gun is so marked 275 Rigby it is legal for small game

.275 Rigby marked rifles would be as acceptable as the .270W because apparently "Rigby called this chambering the .275 Rigby, after the measurement of a 7#mm rifle's bore across the lands." so would not be of of calbre greater than .275
