6.5 mm a caliber to discover....

When i bought my Icon in 6.5 Creedmoor, i did not knew much about the 6-6.5 mm caliber, i realise now that caliber is exceptionnal, i decided to order a M96 Swedish Mauser in 6.5 X55 from Tradeex as my restauration winter project, a man is never to old to discover new options... Cheers. JP.

In a gun mag a month or so ago they made 6.5 Creedmoor ammo cheapest using resized 22-250 brass I'll see if I can find it........Harold

Dont ya just love the 6.5mm? I had a .260 Remington in a Model 7 SS. Zero recoil, fast speeds, high BC bullets, small powder charge...what more do you want?!

6.5 and 7mm are the best all around calibers for north american hunting in my view. From the 6.5 TCU to the 7 RUM, there's something in there for anything you'll be going after, and excellent bullet selection. - dan

I am a fan of the 6.5, and had a 6.5x47 Lapua built a few years ago. It shoots well, kills well, and has no recoil.

I have a 6.5x47L, as well as a 260rem, and both are very accurate, with little recoil.

Leaving on my hunting trip next Friday with a 6.5-06 as my main gun....feels pretty good with less recoil then my 270 with equal bullet weights. Ive been shooting the Matrix 130 gr. FB , cant wait to see how the work out on game.
