6.5 PRC load data,accuracy, etc

I put the rifle together this weekend, overall pretty pleased, now on to barrel "break in" and paint.

Nice. Is that a 20" or 22" barrel?

Range report after you get a chance to break in the barrel.

I found mine started to settle a bit after 100 rounds or so. Shooting nicely now. Ran another good through copper clean after several hundred rounds when I noticed the groups open a bit. Settled back in after 3 shots after cleaning to previous accuracy.
 
Right now some 147 ELD match, factory, then work up some loads ,same bullet, using Retumbo & H1000? Well that's the plan?
 
So the first 10rds down the pipe, Hornady 147gr ammo, so far so good I think? Cheers

Looks good.

Should speed up and settle down a bit after the 100 ish round count. My proof barrel did anyways.

Did you get in on the lapua brass at Nechako they had come up as pre buy this week. Sold out in a few hours.

Remington Jim has some new nosler brass he is selling on here, if you still need brass.
