6.5 Staball in 280ai

Anyone loading 280ai with 6.5 Staball?

Indicated max with hornady 162 ELD-X is 57.5 gr

Loaded up 5 only to run over Magneto Speed to see velocity and look for pressure signs...56.7 to 57.5 2996 fps to 3023 fps (from Kimber Montana c/w brake) no pressure signs.

I'm getting 2990 fps with RL 22 (59.2 gr), not really a lot of difference.

Wondering what others are experiencing

Will be trying this as soon as my X-bolt Long Range arrives, should be this month sometime. I've had great results in .30-06 so far, about to start .270 Win as well.

I've used it with the 150gr ELDx, accuracy was good and speed around 2900 fps (22.5" brl). Can't remember charge weight off top of my head
