I wonder if they lost the employees who knew how to get the machines to actually work properly? As usual, management probably thought that the machines ran just fine without the people who knew every rattle and click that they made, and exactly what it meant. Probably a lot of employees who said "Hell no, it is too hot and dry there, I'm not moving." Heard the same rumours about "problems" but no firm info other than there just doesn't seem to be much Berger product available.
